Pulse
Wellbeing Architects uses collective sensing processes and tools, drawing on soft data to take the internal pulse of an organisation. This data is the information that lives in an organisation – the individual and collective experiences that make up everyday organisational life.
With Pulse we help you tap into the status of your organisation; creating awareness of where power lies and how it is held, strengthening an appreciation of the care needed to live well together, and deepening personal and collective accountability.
Pulse facilitates a process of acknowledging and honouring the experiences of the people in an organisation. Rather than rushing towards solutions, we encourage brave communication to arrive at a deep understanding of what affects people and what needs to be addressed for an organisation to thrive.
Courageous Conversations
Wellbeing Architects creates intentional spaces for organisational ecosystems to explore and engage with experiences of inherent biases through Courageous Conversations. This process facilitates radical honesty and bravery while examining the power and privilege, that may be invisible but shape internal practices and how members experience an organisation. Surfacing and engaging with these dynamics is necessary for building more just and caring organisations.
Wellbeing Architects co-creates intentional spaces where we accompany members of organisational ecosystems in deep reflections on their experiences of power, privilege and inner biases. This facilitates an understanding of how they might (perhaps inadvertently) contribute to systems of exclusion, an important step in building towards more just, caring ways of being and practices.
Storytelling for Social Change
Wellbeing Architects uses Storytelling for Social Change to create the foundation for collectively reimagining organisational cultures. We journey with organisations to map the current narratives shaping organisational practice, connecting to the organisation’s history and purpose and the stories held by members of an organisation.
As Wellbeing Architects, our work in organisations has affirmed that sharing experiences and perspectives through storytelling is a powerful way to build thriving organisational cultures. We are aware that within each organisational ecosystem (past and present) there is more than one narrative of change. Through collecting these narratives from a diverse cross-section of the ecosystem, we build a much more representative, nuanced and layered narrative of your organisation, expressing multiple voices and perspectives through storytelling. This will be an opportunity to deepen the exploration into values alignment and highlight voices/perspectives that may not have surfaced.
We have learnt that sharing experiences through storytelling builds trust, cultivates norms, transfers tacit knowledge, facilitates unlearning, and generates connections. However, storytelling as a process has to be done with care and consideration for all involved if it is to support organisation-building. Storytelling is a muscle that has to be developed so that it is inclusive, authentic and impactful.
