Our Architects
Our team
We are changemakers with a passion for seeing organisations thrive.
Our architects are women’s rights and social justice activists, coaches, educators and systems change facilitators. We each have a keen interest in making wellbeing a priority in organisations through:
- Diversity, equity and inclusion
- Healthy power dynamics
- Accountability
- Empathy and care
We are not afraid to facilitate discussions around potential growth points such as anti-blackness, race politics and other internal conflicts. Opening up conversations about these issues is the start of building healthy and supportive internal cultures.
