About Us
Unravelling power dynamics to create equity, inclusion, accountability and care

It was established in 2019 by feminist activists, wellbeing coaches and organisational culture-builders Shamillah Wilson and Ella Scheepers.
Our services
What we do
We partner with social justice organisations and movements across the globe to assess their internal organisational cultures and identify the systemic barriers they face and the changes they need to make to align their practices with their values. Our facilitated and accompanied learning processes help them to build thriving, sustainable organisations that reflect their activism.
How we work
Wellbeing Architects takes an approach that prioritises culture-building as a leadership strategy and a collective organisational responsibility. This approach promotes wellbeing as the key to creating thriving organisations. Creating intentional spaces for curiosity and exploration is important as organisations journey to transform their internal ecosystem, and activate individual and collective accountability and responsibility for developing caring healthy organisations.
