Wellbeing Architects
Working towards co-creating
Wellbeing Architects journeys with organisations to co-create inclusive, just and caring cultures that facilitate long-term sustainability.
How we work
Our role as journey partners
We partner with human rights organisations, feminist collectives and other social purpose organisations to develop institutional wellbeing.
Wellbeing Architects encourages partners to reflect deeply on how they are living their values in their everyday practice. We take an intersectional feminism approach that balances care and accountability to foster brave honesty as we navigate difficult, complex issues. Building on this reflexive practice, we co-design strategies and processes that ensure all the building blocks are in place for organisations to thrive.

Pulse
Wellbeing Architects uses collective sensing processes and tools, drawing on soft data, to take the internal pulse of an organisation. This data is the information that ‘lives in’ an organisation – the individual and collective experiences that make up everyday organisational life. Pulse connects you to the status of your organisation; creating awareness of where power lies and how it is held, building an understanding of the care needed to live well collectively, and deepening personal and collective accountability.
Courageous Conversations
The intentional spaces Wellbeing Architects creates enable organisational ecosystems to hold Courageous Conversations that explore and engage with experiences of inherent biases. This process facilitates radical honesty and bravery in examining invisible power and privilege that shape internal practices and how members experience an organisation. Surfacing and engaging with these dynamics is necessary for building more just and caring organisations.
Storytelling for Social Change
We use Storytelling for Social Change to collectively reimagine organisational cultures, connecting with purpose and values to build a shared organisational vision. Sharing experiences through storytelling builds trust, transfers tacit knowledge, facilitates unlearning, and deepens connections.
UpSkills
With UpSkills we work with organisations to enhance the insights and capacities of teams as they identify the individual and collective skills, capabilities and processes needed to reconnect to the purpose of an organisation and strengthen its capacity to meet new needs.
